14 Days Money Back Guarantee
Thank you for ordering online with Animetoxic.com. We hope that you enjoy
your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy for any reason with the item
purchased please follow the directions below for returns. Returns must be made
within 14 days of the purchase of the item. Refunds or replacement can be
made on full priced merchandise only. Shipping & handling fees are
non-refundable.
Unless otherwise specified, we will accept return/exchange within
14-days of the processed date
DO NOT RETURN YOUR PACKAGE WITHOUT RMA APPROVAL.
All package without the RMA number will be discarded. For instruction in obtaining an RMA number, please contact custsvc@animetoxic.com with subject "rma request".
Please include a copy of the order receipt in your return package and allow 4
weeks for returns to be processed. For any questions or comments about your

It is very important that you insure all parcels for your protection.
Full refund or free replacement will be made for proven manufacturing
defects. A restocking fee of 20% on invoice price will be charged for all
other cases.
Foreign Orders
We do not process credit card outside of US Territory.
For all foreign orders, we accept Paypal, international money order or cashier
check in US currency. When paying by money order, please choose the option
"money order" during the check out process, then sent along the online
sales order and the correct amount to:

Tax and Shipment
Unless specified, all shipping charges with be calculated during the checkout
process. We ship all goods directly from our United States warehouse which
is based in Los Angeles, Southern California.
Tax will be added during the check out process for all U.S. California orders.
For other locations, regulation varies and customer may be liable for their own
custom tax. If necessary, please check with the local tax authority.
Limitation of Liability

content providers are responsible or liable to any person or entity whatsoever
for any direct or indirect loss, damage (whether actual, consequential,
punitive, special or otherwise), injury, claim, liability or other cause of any
kind or character whatsoever based upon or resulting from any information or
opinions provided on the Animetoxic site or from the use of, or the inability to
use, Animetoxic materials on the site. You specifically agree that Animetoxic is
not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you
