This concert begins with "Noah", the intro track from the "MOON" album, playing on stage. Gackt comes out dressed in black leather and performs "Doomsday", the B-side track from the "wasurenai kara" single. Of course he has a band with him, and as usual his instrumentalists have a large stage presence, sometimes sharing the stage almost equally with Gackt. Gackt has backup dancers in the opening part of the concert as well, so much of the movements on stage are choreographed. Gackt's stage demeanor seems to be in its paragon now. He is someone who really knows how to entertain the audience, and he seems to do that even better here than he has in the previous concert videos. For those of you who need to see Gackt do shocking things, don't worry, he once again touches and sits on his band members on stage in a highly sexual fashion. Raining on stage.

There is a sprinkler system running all across the front of the large stage for the performance of "rain". Though water is only running down the front of the stage, the sprinkler does put out an impressive volume of water, and does seem to give the affect that the whole stage, including Gackt and his band, are being covered in heavy rain. This effect greatly enhances Gackt's dramatic performance of this song, and rounds out the concert nicely. I don't think I've ever seen a concert with this kind of water system before, so I was certainly impressed by this setup.

This performance was filmed near Christmas time, so it was only natural for Gackt to perform his single, "12-gatsu no Love song". Though the single had already been out for a year at the time of this performance, and was being re-released, this was the first time it has been featured in any of his concert videos. In dramatic fashion, Gackt comes down from the ceiling suspended by a wire, onto a platform in the middle of the audience, where he performs "12-gatsu no Love song". A string orchestra also appears on the main stage during this performance, led by Gackt's usual violinist. This was followed by the final song of the concert, "kimi no tame ni dekiru koto", making for quite a dramatic and fulfilling ending. Gackt wasn't joined by dancers in animal costumes on stage this time, but he was joined by people wearing Christmas costumes, which was almost as strange. They aren't smiling animals, but costumes are costumes.

Though this concert doesn't have the frills of the second one, nor the elegant simplicity of the first, the stage performance is unquestionably better than it was in the second concert. Gackt's vocals are so perfect, so in tune, so majestic, that you'll think he is lip-synching. He's not though. A lot of time seemed to be spent on mood and setup in this one, so it would have been nice to see a few more songs in the lineup. "Lapis~Prologue~", in the middle, is hardly a song. Most of the songs featured here are, of course, from his latest album, "MOON". His first concert video was really good, but this one is fine too. Again, Gackt delivers a stunning performance. There is no reason a Gackt fan shouldn't be satisfied with it.
